Time difference to Seychelles
Seychelles sit on UTC+4 and have no daylight saving. Against central Europe that is three hours in winter and two in summer, because the clocks change there and not here.

The difference is small enough that jet lag barely appears — what tires you is the night flight, not the time zone. Sunrise and sunset stay close to six o'clock all year, because the islands lie just south of the equator. So do not plan sunset for a late evening the way you would in Europe.
