Packing list for Seychelles
The short list: a type G adapter, reef-safe sun cream, mosquito repellent, water shoes for rocky entries and a light rain jacket. Everything else you can get on Mahé — on the smaller islands, not reliably.

Reef-safe sun cream is not a label but a question of ingredients: oxybenzone and octinoxate bleach coral. Water shoes sound unnecessary until you try to get into the sea off a granite beach. And the rain jacket earns its place even in the dry season, because showers here arrive short and hard rather than announced.

Three islands in seven nights?
It is the most common mistake in Seychelles. Every island change costs half a day, and the transfer days land in the middle of the trip. One conversation beforehand prevents it.
