One week in Seychelles
A week is enough for two islands, not three. The strongest combination for seven nights is Praslin and La Digue — fifteen ferry minutes apart, with the transfer from Mahé falling on arrival day rather than into the middle of the trip.

Four nights on Praslin, three on La Digue works for most people: Praslin carries the Vallée de Mai and Anse Lazio, La Digue carries the rest. The night flight lands on Mahé in the morning; take the late-morning ferry and you are on Praslin by midday instead of losing a day on the arrival island. If you want to see Mahé, hang it on the end — the return flight leaves from there anyway.
